そうや！会社だってヒトや。僕らが考えたことを経営の意思として全社に周知するんや。
そう思ったら想像の回路がこの言葉とつながった。「SFCらしさ」
村井さんにいわれ僕としてはとても答えにくくイメージしずらい言葉だった。
でもこの僕らの考えたことを経営の意思で思ったことに照らせば、
「僕らの価値観に基づく行動と、価値を交換する場の作法」であり、
その作法によって交流する姿がSFCらしさというんだろうと思った。
そう考えると村井さんがSFC開設当初のSFCらしさを今の学生に求めても再現できない。
求められ求めるほど遠いものとなる。
なぜなら、僕らだって前に進むから。
